A dynamic and energetic practice, flowing through a series of standing and seated poses to build strength, increase flexibility and improve balance. The focus of the class is to build core strength, aiming to leave you feeling stronger, healthier and happier. Yoga is a great way to help improve performance and promote recovery in other sports also.
